A few weeks back (not sure when all these days are kind of combining in my mind) Spencer invited my brother Dustin and his son Bryan to go shooting at Utah Lake. Neither of them have ever been so it was definitely a fun (and scary!) event. Lily was being so good that we invited her to come along too! It was so much fun seeing them shoot! We shot with a rifle, and 2 handguns. Spence is so good with the kids and took a lot of time getting supplies for the event. He even printed off targets and bought extra bullets for them to shoot with. Bryan did really well and has a pretty good shot! Dustin did great too, minus the bloody thumb (he put his thumb where the bullet shell comes out--whoops!). I even got to shoot which was really fun. Lily had some great shots, too. She's only 7 so we had to help her hold the rifle. So cute!
