Brown visit part 2!

On Thursday evening Spencer got off work at 8 and we met him at the office. We drove two cars to fit everyone and headed up to the cabin! They have both been there, but never together at the same time during the summer. It was a blast! Perfect weather, the kids were entertained, and there was no one else up there. We had the mountain pretty much all to ourselves! We got up there pretty late and quickly unpacked everything and got the kids ready for bed. The next morning we made waffles with our awesome waffle maker and went for a walk. The rest of the day was spent playing in the rocks, dirt biking, 3 wheeling, and playing on the swings/playground. We left around 5 and made it back to Orem so Travis and Katie could get a good nights rest (and shower) before their plane took off the next day.

Travis did an awesome job on the dirt bike. I took him and Katie on a ride (the first time I've ever led) and we didn't get lost! Pretty proud of that. The next ride Spencer crashed his dirt bike, something he rarely ever does. The poor bike is out of commission now. Apparently he drove up a hill to quickly and didn't quite land the jump on the other end. Glad he was ok!

I LOVE taking my bubbies on rides! She is so good and never gets scared or cries. A natural.

The next morning we spent 3 hours at the Provo Recreation Center. It is so awesome! We arrived at 10am. The outdoor pool and splash pad did not open until 12 so we played inside for 2 hours jumping off the cliff, rock climbing, basketball, and going around the lazy river.  We then made our way outside for the last hour or so. The water slides were so much fun. Katie and I eventually became brave enough to take William and Autumn down the slides. They loved it! Travis and Spencer even went down together at the same time. Which actually ended up looking a little too awkward and got some good laughs from us and the people behind us in line. Haha!

Later in the afternoon they packed up and were ready to have me take them to the airport. I was so sad to see them go. They wanted to stay longer. We did too!

So fun that these two are only 1 month apart!
